Dr. Tahreem Aziz is a board certified internal medicine physician. Most recently she practiced as a hospitalist in St. Louis, MO. She has lived all over America. Her medical training began at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. She graduated from medical school in 2013 and completed her residency in Muncie, Indiana. Dr. Aziz's training in osteopathic medicine has taught her to look at the whole person and not just the disease process. This holistic approach allows her to focus on a patient's wellness and disease prevention.

Dr. Azfar Syed is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician who currently practices as a hospitalist in Fort Worth. He was born and raised southeast Texas. He graduated from AUA medical school in 2015. After medical school he did his residency in Family Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. It was during his residency that he became passionate about weight loss and preventative medicine.

Day in and day out Dr. Syed would see the impact a poor lifestyle had on overall health. This was troubling to him, but ultimately it motivated him to find a better way to practice medicine. As a physician he knew that medications could help, but medications could not fix the underlying cause of a disease.

Dr. Odette Limosnero believes that integrative medicine is the best path to true health. Dr. Limosnero struggled personally with skin and digestive issues, weight loss, and infertility. A regular yoga practice is what opened up her eyes to a new way of looking at health and how our physical bodies are connected to our mind and soul. Food was no longer just calories but a source of nourishment and vital energy. This approach to her own health was what helped her the most, and she now lives a healthier lifestyle and has two beautiful, healthy children.
In July 2015, she opened Roots Integrative Gynecology in Carrolton TX, 75010, to help other women benefit from a more holistic approach to women's wellness and health care-the same type of holistic care that she found so helpful in her own life. She takes the time necessary to uncover and treat the underlying causes of women's symptoms using methods learned in her fellowship in Integrative Medicine as well as the foundation of traditional medicine.
Dr. Limosnero grew up in San Francisco Bay Area. She went on to obtain her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of California at Davis. In 2000 she moved to Texas for residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. Then in 2013 completed her fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine where she was trained under the guidance of Dr. Andrew Weil and Dr. Tieraona Low Dog. She found that several of the modalities were also helping in her own struggle with infertility. She went on to pursue further training in acupuncture and Chinese Traditional Medicine, attended ayurvedic medicine workshops, and completed a yoga teacher training program under Sloane Park. After almost 11 years in general obstetrics and gynecology practice, she decided to follow her calling and passion and Roots Integrative Gynecology came to fruition. Most recently, Dr. Limosnero has been Board Certified in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Integrative Medicine. She enjoys spending time with her husband Robert, her two amazing sons Noah and Xander, cooking, practicing yoga, walking, spending time in nature, and practicing mindfulness.
